Which dance couple will reign supreme in the ABC Dancing With the Stars 2009 finals?

RnB singer Mya seems confident enough and with good reason. The singer could already imagine the mirror ball trophy in her hands saying, “I haven’t worked this hard for this long not to win this thing, that trophy is mine.”

Mya and professional dancer Dmitri were just 3 points shy of the perfect 90 for their three dance routines in the finals. Judge Bruno Tonioli left something was missing saying, “I was expecting something a little bit more spectacular,” after watching Mya’s “Hairspray”. Team Mya received 27 out of 30 points for that routine.

Donny Osmond and professional partner Kym Johnson earned a perfect score for their for their Broadway freestyle routine, but fell short in the other two routines with their cha-cha gaining 27 points, and 28 during the maga-mix routine.

Transformed Kelly Osbourne finished third with 76 points out of 90. Her Argentine tango with professional partner Louis Van Amstel allowed them 26 points each as well with the mega-mix performance. The couple also gained glowing praise from the judges with their freestyle dance to ’70s classic “I Will Survive” which earned them 24 points.
