Following the death of Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson, a private funeral has been set where immediate family can bid their last farewell. Johnson will be laid to rest later this week.

Family spokesman Jesse Derris said, “The Johnson family wishes to thank everyone who has expressed condolences and support during this trying time. Your thoughts and prayers are deeply appreciated. The family asks for a measure of privacy over the next several days as they mourn their loss.”

The heiress is not new to headlines. Being openly gay, she was often in tabloids. Recently, she got engaged to reality star Tila Tequila.

Johnson was found dead on Monday in her home in Los Angeles. Cause of death is believed to be natural and foul play is not suspected. Johnson has suffered diabetes since she was a child, and has had some drug problems in the past.
