What’s wrong with being passionate about saving the environment? That’s exactly what actor Ed Begley Jr., star of the show, “Living with Ed” proved Tuesday afternoon in a heated conversation on Fox News.
Begley was interviewed by Stuart Varney who substituted for Neil Cavuto. Varney began talking to Begley about the “hacked climate emails.”
And even though they started fine, what seemed to start off as a friendly debate ended up as a yelling competition.
Begley was saying that the emails do not call into question the reality of global warming. And whenever Varney would cast doubt upon it, Begley would emphasize that it is definitely real as climate science research proves it.
Some quotes from the interview/school yard fight:
Varney: “Do you ever think that maybe you’re wrong about global warming?”
Varney: “The science is not in.”
Begley: “It is in! Stuart, quit saying that. It is so in!”
And then some keywords like “spewing nonsense” and “lies” were also heard.
See for yourself. Watch the two’s heated argument here.
