It looks like Carrie Prejean isn’t the only one with sex tape troubles! Jennifer Lopez is suing her ex-husband for trying to release a sex tape filmed during their honeymoon.

Lopez went to court to gain an injunction against the sale of ex-husband Ojani Noa‘s film, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story.

Lopez is suing Noa for $10m over his plan to put out the explicit material. Unfortunately for the singer/actress, Noa filmed the video using his camera meaning he owns the video and has full copyright over the film.

Their marriage was rocky from the start. Married in 1997 and lasting only 11 months, two have locked horns twice in court, one case over employment issues and the other over relationship details.

MTV UK reports that Ojani apparently has hours of footage of Lopez having sex and performing sexual acts.
