If you think you stand a chance of going steady with hottie John Mayer, you might wanna think again. Mayer, who’s known for his wit and tweets, and of course also for his music talents, said he has issues with women.
After getting involved with the industry’s hottest femme fatales, such as Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jennifer Aniston, Mayer now says he equates dating with a gamut of negative things.
Here’s how he said it exactly, “I can’t even explain to you how terrible that feels, that I equate dating a woman with punishment, shame, guilt, disappointment, reproach, reprimand, persecution. It’s a nightmare.”
His words seem to echo a lot of bad experiences, but the singer has also been known for being emotional and cynical. Although he adds a little humor to his cynicism, by adding, “I should be having sex with more girls.”
Mayer has a new album released on Tuesday. It was entitled “Battle Studies”. Mayer says if you listen to the record and come up with the conclusion that the album was about high-profile relationships, he “had not done a good enough job.”
