Singer Lisa Loeb is finally a mom! Loeb and husband Roey Hershkovitz welcomed their baby girl. This news was first reported by Loeb’s rep to People.

Lyla Rose Loeb Hershkovitz came out to the world on Sunday morning at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She is the first baby of the couple.

The couple first announced to the world that they were having a baby in September. The two met during a business meeting in 2006 and got married only last January. Hershkovitz is 31 years old, and works as a music production supervisor for “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien.”

Lisa Loeb’s claim to fame is her 1994 hit single “Stay (I Missed You)” which was featured in the movie, “Reality Bites.”

Presently, Loeb has her own non-profit organization known as the “Camp Lisa Foundation” which helps underprivileged kids to go to summer camp. She also has a new CD entitled “Camp Lisa” which are already in stores.

Next year by spring, Loeb will launch her new project, the “Lisa Loeb Eyewear Collection” from Classique Eyewear.
