A Lebanese national was arrested in Dubai after alleged arguments with a local resident about Victoria Beckham on his t-shirt. Beckham is shown nearly nude, with her private parts obscured by either her hands or the t-shirt text, “Protect the skin that you’re in”.
Raffi Nernekian was sentenced to prison for a month, and will be deported afterwards, even though he has lived in the city for five years.
The t-shirt, a Marc Jacobs creation, was designed to advertise for the awareness of skin cancer.
