Actor and director Mel Gibson has had his share of scandals in the past years. That is exactly why he is feeling for the Tiger Woods.
Gibson says Woods’ scandal has been blown out of proportion. “I feel sorry for Tiger Woods. Why are we talking about this when we’re sending 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan? … He’s being used as a diversion, and it just drives me crazy.”
He adds, “Nobody is without sin. You have to try to make amends if you can. You have to shut up and move on and not whine about it. And you have to deal with it like a man. … You’ve just got to accept your own culpability.”
In a nutshell, Gibson is telling Woods that he shouldn’t whine about it. Having suffered a marriage crisis, Gibson got separated from wife Robyn in 2006 and got divorced only last year.
