Michael Jackson‘s official death certificate lists the King of Pop’s cause of death as “Deferred” due to the ongoing toxicology tests. The death certificate was released on the same day as his funeral and memorial service at the Staples Center.

The death certificate also lists Michael Jackson’s “type of disposition” as Temp or temporary, fueling even more speculation as to where Michael can literally rest in peace. Micheal’s body will not be returning to Forest Lawn.

Michael’s sister LaToya Jackson provided the information on the death certificate, which lists his occupation as “musician” and type of business as “entertainment.”
