Nicole Richie has been complaining for days, saying she wasn’t feeling so well. And now news has broken out that Richie was recently hospitalized for pneumonia. She was brought to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, but her rep is telling fans not to worry, adding that Richie is now “doing well.”

Richie tweeted on Sunday about her sickness, saying “ok cold, it’s been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving.”

Just lately, Richie has been attending court hearings to get restraining orders against photographers Eduardo Arrivebene and Ivon Miguel. Richie said the two paparazzi stalk her family daily and has a habit of sitting outside her house, waiting for her to leave. Here is a part of her complaint, “scream at me in an attempt to get my reaction, scare me, follow me, chase me in vehicle,” ths giving her “severe emotional distress.”

Prior to this news, rumors have been going around that Richie was suffering from swine flu. The star’s rep denied it.
