Opening game – Dayton, Ohio (March 16, 2010)
Arkansas-Pine Bluff VS Winthrop
Winner advances as 16th seed in South Regional vs. Duke.

Midwest Regional – St. Louis, Missouri

Winners of the March 28 regional finals will go to Indianapolis, Indiana for the National semifinals.

The event will also be the first Final Four at Lucas Oil Stadium; the RCA Dome and Market Square Arena hosted past Final Fours when the event was held in Indianapolis.
