Oprah Winfrey is on the look out for a new talk show host, and Zach Anner, who auditioned for the job is at the top of the list. Rumors has it that Oprah doesn’t want Zach to win though Anner has received more than 2.5 million votes, nearly double the number of the number 2 ranked competitor. Although, votes on myown.oprah.com don’t necessarily secure the winner his or her own show. The top five will be flown to Los Angeles, where producers will select 10 cast members for a reality competition series on Winfrey’s new network.

Worse news for Oprah as some fans have already cited her as a racist, highly favoring the black woman, and beliefs that Oprah, rigging the votes are getting popular over the internet.

Zach Anner who has cerebral palsy, describes himself as a “wheelchair-bound lady magnet” and his motor condition as “the sexiest of the palsies”. Anner, attended the University of Texas, made a hilarious and charismatic pitch for a travel show, and his video has become widely shared on the Internet, including by blues/pop musician, singer and social networker John Mayer.

Zach cheated, It’s unfortunate however that the votes were rigged with voting software to skyrocket him to 2 million votes overnight the vote mods are simply balancing everything after the flood of macro votes. In all honesty, someone should tell the /b/tards that macro votes are hurting him so no one could get ahead of him. Every ones knows that 4chan and Riddick, Diggs spike your votes and commits up last Saturday nite from 4800 votes to over 2million votes and blog your video and those fake votes #, commits so everyone will vote for him to make it look good. So everyone is jumping on your bandwagon. Sorry Zach for these guys trying to help you but they are hurting you. It’s unfair to you Zach and all the other contestants that are working very hard to get their videos noticed. But to cheat to get on top and get disappointed is sad. We have all the Info check below and sent it to all the right people. Its about to be a bad ass Storm for you guys

Oprah may not be the one doing this, it could be a group of TV exec and producers who believe that Zach would be a liability for their company, which is just despicable. Zach Anner has an inspiring and charming personality, and if he does not get a show on OWN(Oprah Winfrey Network) then I sincerely hope there is a less discriminatory company that would.

The reason I and many others suspect foul play in this contest is that Phyllis received about 600,000 votes within an hour this morning. Every time you refreshed the page, she'd have 20,000 more votes every minute — while Zach's votes were actually going *down*. Accumulating votes at that rate is impossible without rigging or cheating the system.

If Zach got first place in the votes, and then Oprah chose Phyllis, she'd be accused of “hating the disabled.” But if Zach is in second place, Oprah can just say, “I chose the person with the most votes!” It's a devious ploy.

The speed at which Phyllis's votes are accumulating (30,000 a minute) makes it pretty clear that it's not happening legitimately. While it's obviously not Oprah herself doing it, there's almost certainly someone behind the curtain pulling strings to make this happen.

Again, it's politically expedient for the people running the contest to knock Zach to second place. It keeps them from having to deal with difficult questions and accusations later, and I think they didn't expect anyone to notice. Too bad for them that we did.
