Steve McNair will be remembered today in a memorial service by as many as 5,500 people in Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Nashville.
Fans and friends of the NFL quarterback will be able to visit their hero at 3:45-6 p.m. CT with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. local time.
Bishop Joseph Walker III told the Tennessean that people should remember how McNair lived and should not dwell on the circumstances of his death.
Nashville police are pinpointing McNair’s death as a murder suicide orchestrated by the quarterbacks mistress Sahel Kazemi.
