“Up in the Air” leads the Golden Globe Nomination 2010 pack with six nominations including Best Drama and the Best Director nod for Jason Reitman.
Other notables for this year’s Golden Globe nominations include “Nine” with five, with “Avatar” and “Inglorious Basterds” both vying for four. The TV series “Glee” managed to score four nominations, including Best Television Series for the Comedy or Music category.
The Golden Globe Awards are presented annually by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) to recognize outstanding achievements in the entertainment industry, both domestic and foreign, and to focus wide public attention upon the best in motion pictures and television.
The 2010 Golden Globe Awards will air on January 17, 2010.
