A research study by Clairol (yes, the hair color brand) is suggesting that women, in general, are happiest around 28 years of age.
The study involved approximately 4,000 female subjects, and says that it is at the 28-year-old point when most facets of a woman’s life are at their best.
“Everything in life hits its peak at some point, and nearly reaching your thirties isn’t so bad now,” says a spokesman for Clairol Perfect 10. “The security of your job, having a steady income, being in a relationship and having strong friendships all help create the perfect point in our lives when everything comes together.”
The survey interviewed women within 25 to 65 years of age, and identified at what age they were most content with 12 key areas of their lives. The results suggest that women are most content with their careers at 29, their relationships at 30, their sex lives at 28, their family life at 32, and their finances at 33.
