Last night marked the finale of American Idol, it also marked the last night of Simon Cowell as judge in the singing talent show. Will this mark the end for American Idol who has lost 2 of their veteran judges? Judges who were partially responsible for the success of the show, I mean, who wouldn’t watch “Idol” with no intentions of hearing out Simon’s quirky remarks, or Paula’s more often positive comments, the cat fight between the two, and then proceed to the talents themselves.

“American Idol’s not going to be the same without you, but, as only I can tell you, it will go on,” Paula said (from Actress Archives).

“I love all the fun we had together, I love all the laughter we shared together,” she said, adding that the show ”is not going to be the same without you, but as only I can tell you, it will go on” (from the Press Association).

Bret Michaels (happy for your recovery man!), Joe Cocker and Paul Abdul were the special guests and it was a treat to have them on the stage.
