Every person who helped shaped American Idol is in the shakes. Before Season 9 started, Paula Abdul – out. After Season 9, Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres – out, Kara DioGuardi is reportedly fired – out. Jordin Sparks, Crystal Bowersox and the show’s host, Ryan Seacrest, are rumored to be in the shakes for the upcoming season. Will Randy Jackson remain with the show?

In an interview with E!, Jackson speaks up.

“The only thing that’s for sure is Ryan [Seacrest],” Jackson said, regarding which “Idol” personality will remain on the show. “Nothing has been decided.”

About J. Lo, replacing talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, Jackson welcomes the new judge. “If Jennifer Lopez is a judge, I would be very happy,” Jackson told E! “I love her.”

“No one has signed a deal on either side of the camera who wasn’t on the show last year,” Jackson said, and continued “much of the information that has been written is accurate,” but that some of the reports have also been “widely inaccurate.”

Jessica Simpson and Aerosmith vocalist, Steven Tyler is rumored to judge “Idol” in Season 9, and Tyler is all game.

“Probably going to be a judge on ‘American Idol,’ ” Tyler said. “I’m doing it! What do you think?”
