According to Techpinger, on specification upfront, it is rumored to be equipped with a 3 megapixel camera with video recording capability and it is going to be on A4 processor with improved battery life. It might have a rounded back with a camera and a flash. Other iPhone 4 features like accelerometer and gryroscope might be in the new iTouch as well, which will add gaming credential to the much anticipated new version of the iPod.
