Though sentenced to 90 days in jail and another 90 days in an in-patient rehab, Lindsay Lohan was freed after only 13 days in jail and 23 days in rehab. But she still has to attend regular out-patient therapy to help her fully recover.

However, some of those close to her express their concern and worry that Lohan might not be able to fully recover and change. They say there is danger that she might just slide back to her old ways.

On early, early Thursday morning, Lohan was out with some friends-this time not partying hard, but with an energy drink at hand.

Although her friends express worry and doubt, her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, believes that her client Lohan is focused and will be able to prove herself. On November 1, Lohan is set to have another hearing. Until then, she would have to undergo random drug testing, psychotherapy, and addiction counseling.

One source close to Lohan said, “Deep down, I think she knows she’s in crisis, but she continues to make bad decisions. She still thinks she can get away with anything, get out of anything, make excuses.”

As of now, Lohan is clean and sober, let’s just wait and see if she makes it through and finally changes for good. We wish you all the best, Lindsay!
