Tennis isn’t a physical match, unlike basketball, soccer, american football and the likes, the players are skin to skin inside a perimeter. After the younger one gets up, the old lady grapples a bit and then throws a straight right. The young man pushes her and then another fan joins the handicap match. It took 30 seconds before security personnel responded to the calls of “HEY, SECURITY!” and restored order.

The “bout” in the stands delayed the tennis match for a few minutes, and both fighters were reportedly taken away by police.
