The 57-year old, 12-time WWE champion and host of American Gladiators, Terry Gene Bollea, better known as Hulk Hogan, was confined last Monday in the Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida, due to back pains.

“My back went into a major spasm from hip all the way to the middle of my back. It just totally overwhelmed me,” Hogan said.

Though groggy, his face clearly expressed the pain he’s in, Hogan was able to post several video clips of himself while inside the hospital’s emergency room. The wrestling superstar was accompanied by his 34-year old girlfriend, Jennifer McDaniel.

“He is there because of back spasms, but will be fine,” Hulk’s rep told CNN yesterday. Hogan added in a video posted Tuesday morning that he had a “bunch of tests” lined up for the day, but his back is “feeling pretty good” – at the very least, “better than yesterday.”

Hogan recently appeared on Comedy Central’s Roast Of David Hasselhoff and starred in the reality t.v. series, Hogan Knows Best.
