Congressman and reigning WBO Welterweight Champion Manny Pacquiao has his mind on retiring from boxing before 2013. His gifted trainer and mentor, Freddie Roach opined the champ to get two more major fights before he calls it quits from the sport he loves and have lord over.

“I don’t really need this fight. I’m already satisfied with what I have done in boxing,” Pacquiao said in a press briefing in Las Vegas for his third bout with Mexican champ Juan Manuel Marquez.

For Roach, this is the first of the second major fight for the Pacman before retiring. The second, as he puts it if it does happen, “And I’d like that fight (Floyd Mayweather Jr.) be done. That would be the icing on the cake. I don’t think there would be anything else to prove.”

A member of the press asked when the 8-division world champion would hang his gloves .

“It’s not gonna be long, I wanna be in the executive in 2013. It’s gonna be hard for me doing both.”
