Palace of Auburn Hills – The Lakers travel to Detroit and hope to score another win after a bounce back 118-107 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks just last Tuesday. The team improves to 9-2, losing two straight games before Tuesday. The finals MVP proved his dominance again, scoring 31 points, running the court for more than thirty minutes. Shannon Brown trailed with 21 points. Brown has an average of 8.1 points on 42.7 percent shooting last season which is his first with Los Angeles. He’s averaging 11.3 on 52.3 percent shooting in the season.

The well rested Detroit Pistons, 4-7, will try to upset the Lakers tonight.

Detroit’ forward Tayshaun Prince expresesed his displeasure with head coach John Kuester this week, saying, “coach is having a hard time trying to figure the right pieces out.”
