The 45-year old controversial actor role as Charlie Harper will die in an episode of Two and a Half Men. That is how creator and executive producer Chuck Lorre plans it. Ashton Kutcher in, Charlie Sheen out, permanently.

Despite the drop, Sheen’s career continues on a new sitcom with the same theme, only hotter. So what’s new? Is that even legally possible?

A source says: “The show can be raunchier and more outrageous, which is perfect for Charlie.”

Radaronline, quoting their source: “[It] will be similar to the one he played on Two and a Half Men, however the show will be a lot racier.”

Former spouse Denise Richards expressed otherwise: “I am sad to see Charlie not on the show. Nobody can replace Charlie. The show was written for him and he was brilliant at it, but I think Ashton will make it his own.”

TMZ reports that Sheen’s character, Charlie Harper, may be driving off a cliff at the start of the new season. Taping is set on August 5 and will air on September.
