The Sun look to tie the series, 3-3 tonight when they play host to the defending champs, the Los Angeles Lakers.  The Lakers, thanks to Ron Artest, took the lead in Game 5.

The Phoenix Suns caught up with the 17 point Lakers’ lead and tied the score 101-101 with less than 10 seconds left in the last quarter and Jason Richardson hitting a three after a failed try from Steve Nash. The Lakers call a time out with 3 seconds left, and you already know to whose hands the ball will go to.  Yep, Kobe’s.  And to Kobe it did who tried a three a point play but the ball was way too short, but guess who power through to be at the right spot to pick up the garbage…Ron Artest.  He catches the ball and just shot it, almost looking like a follow-up, and the ball hits the board and goes in almost at the same time the buzzer went off to signal the end of the game.
