Songs that Michael Jackson created but didn’t get included in his albums while he was alive and some forgotten recordings left behind on computer hard drives will be compiled in an album to be released this autumn, reported sources familiar with the album.

One of Michael Jackson’s older brothers, Jackie Jackson, has been spending hours in the studio to help create the album, which will have 10 previously unreleased songs.

Jackson’s estate and Sony Music announced last March that this album of unreleased music will be available and for sale in November. Also working on the album are music producer Rodney Jerkins who had co-produced Jackson’s “Invincible” album back in 2001, and John McClain who was named in Jackson’s will as one of the executors of his estate.

Jackson has been known to rent Los Angeles recording studios for music sessions, sometimes with other artists or sometimes on his own.
