The German fairy tale originally told by the Brothers Grimm as Snow White, materialized in an animated film in 1937, retold by Walt Disney whose title came with the addition of “the Seven Dwarfs“. It was the first full-length cel-animated feature in motion picture history, as well as the first animated feature film produced in the U.S., the first produced in full color.

For its 75th anniversary in 2012, Snow White and the Huntsman is in its pre-production stage and stars Kristen Stewart as the beloved white as snow-skinned character, Charlize Theron as the evil Queen who has a huge webcam (the mirror on the wall people) for a best friend, Ian McShane as Caesar and Chris Hemsworth as the “mighty” Huntsman.

Now for the spoiler. The Huntsman who was ordered to kill Snow White in the woods becomes her protector and mentor. What happened to the seven smurfs? I mean dwarves? Aha…maybe Sleepy and Grumpy formed the feet and legs. Dopey and Sneezy formed the arms, Happy and Bashful formed the body and Doc formed the head of the super ripped huntsman.
