Two is a pleasant number in Chinese culture. There is a Chinese saying, “good things come in pairs”. We have Batman and Robin (forget Bat Mite), coffee and doughnuts, Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, M&M , just add it to this list as you wish. Then there’s also another popular saying, two heads are better than one. This snake took it literally.

In Crimean City of Yalta, visitors of Skazka zoo are amazed at the sight of a two-headed snake. A cream-colored Albino Californian King snake had two independent heads in one body. Both heads had pink eyes and a forked tongue. One head seems to be weaker than the other.

The mutant reptile have doubled the visitors in Shazka.

“Many enter the zoo feeling horrified and leave delighted,” says zoo worker Ruslan Yakovenko.

Zoo owner Oleg Zubkov doesn’t display his pet all the time. Tourists and visitors will get to see reptile only until mid-September, the closing of the tourist season in Crimea.
